Nina Rimpl

Nina Rimpl is an experienced HR Development Specialist and Leadership Coach currently working at Swisscom since April 2019. With a strong background in leadership and coaching, Nina also serves as a Judges Representative, National Coordinator Switzerland, Certified Judge, and Board Member, Head of Organization Championships for the Specialty Coffee Association since May 2016. Concurrently, Nina has been engaged in self-employment as a Leadership Coach and a freelancer at IAP Institut für Angewandte Psychologie, focusing on training for coaching and leadership development classes since early 2018. Previous roles include Barista Trainer at Coffee Lab Zurich, Head of Training and Projectsourcing at Kaffeezentrale, HR Specialist at U-Care Medical Centre, and Front Office Manager at Branders Group, among others. Nina holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and two Bachelor's degrees in Applied Science from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and the University of Zurich.
