Patricia Melet-Piccand

Patricia Melet-Piccand has been with Swisscom since 1996, currently serving as Head of Team Corporate Operations HR and Co-Lead, along with roles as Human Resources Advisor and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes the position of Head of Department Customer Care, responsible for the operational and financial management of a customer service unit consisting of approximately 120 personnel, overseeing team leaders across three Swiss locations: Lausanne, Sion, and Bellinzona. Patricia holds several qualifications, including a federal diploma in human resources management from CPI (Centre Perfectionnement Interprofession) obtained in 2017, an assistant certificate in personnel management from CPI in 2015, and a commerce diploma from Gambach. Educational foundations include a Maturité in foreign languages and literature from Collège du Sud, Bulle.
