Markus Bumair

Markus Bumair serves as the Head of Accounting EMEA at Swisslog Healthcare since October 2022. Previously, Markus held the position of Head of Internal Controls System at KUKA AG from October 2014 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Group Internal Controls framework and managing control testing and audit approaches. Prior to that, Markus worked at Wolseley in various roles, culminating as Head of Internal Financial Controls, overseeing SOX compliance and financial control procedures. Markus also gained significant experience at Avery Dennison as Internal Auditor and Controller, where financial management and business partnership roles were key responsibilities. Markus holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg and is a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
