Pasi Koskela is currently the Head of Sustainability at Swisspearl, where Pasi leads and supports the development of capabilities and performance to reach strategic sustainability goals. With a background in various roles at Cembrit Holding A/S, including Director of Sustainability and Area Supply Chain Manager, Pasi has extensive experience in sustainable business development. Pasi has also held roles at Relator Oy, Cembrit Finland, Sappi Fine Paper Europe, and Metsä Board, managing operations, quality, and business unit development. Pasi holds an MBA from Henley Business School and an MSc in Paper Technology and Process Control Engineering.
