Michael Loetscher

Michael Loetscher boasts over two decades of experience in the field of web and user experience design. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience professional focused on Trading Platforms at Swissquote since May 2010, Michael has held numerous roles including Journey Insight Specialist, UX Specialist, Senior Web Architect, and Web Architect. Prior experience includes positions at Webspark as a Technical Consultant and various roles at ADS-click, Poken, Netvertis, and Kis Multimedia, where responsibilities ranged from web markup to internet and multimedia development. Michael is furthering expertise through education at Human Factors International, pursuing a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) designation.
