Mishaal's career began with content writing for Day Out Dubai and included internships at Mobilink and Ufone, where responsibilities ranged from interdepartmental communication to technical analysis in telecommunications. Mishaal holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Telecom and Management from Bahria University.
