Martin Fincham

Martin Fincham is an experienced partner at The Gorilla Factory LLP since January 2018, specializing in developing go-to-market strategies for startups and corporate executives on a flexible, interim basis. As a member of the Board of Trustees for ACT for Cancer since February 2025, Martin contributes to supporting cancer patients in accessing personalized treatments. Martin also serves as chairman for Switchee and Scoro, organizations focused on improving living conditions in rented homes and providing work management software, respectively. In addition to these roles, Martin is a partner at ScaleUp Group, aiming to grow technology companies, and has held several chairman and non-executive director positions at various companies, including BlackCurve and Wazoku, contributing valuable expertise across multiple sectors. Martin holds a BTEC HND in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from North Hertfordshire College.
