Shanil Dissanayake is the Co-Founder and CEO of Swivel Group, overseeing a diverse portfolio of businesses specializing in technology, accounting, digital, legal, and talent services. In addition to leading Swivel Group, Shanil holds directorships at several subsidiaries, including Swivel Tech, a global software consultancy; Swivel Finance, an accounting partner for Australia's Top 100 Accounting firms; Ironwood Legal, a global law firm providing various legal services; and Swivel Talent, which connects top executive assistant talent internationally. Shanil also serves as a Board Member for the Swivel Foundation, focusing on community development in Sri Lanka, and is a Director at Synergex Consulting, a global property development firm. Previous experience includes financial leadership roles at Symal Group and Downer, as well as an active membership in the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Monash University, alongside training in CPA Australia and Lean Agile methodologies.
