Val Link has an extensive work experience history. They started their career as a Field Technician at Texas A&M AgriLife in 2002, where they maintained experiments and collected data. Later, in 2004, they worked as a Technician at The University of Texas at Austin. In 2005, they interned at the Texas Music Office before joining SXSW in 2007. At SXSW, Val held various roles, including Account Manager, Business Development Manager, and currently as the Executive Director of Business Development since January 2022. Throughout their career, Val has demonstrated skills in web app development, sales facilitation, and data collection.
Val Link attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication.
