Sycamore School
Brandon Fitzsimmons is an experienced educator and community leader with a strong background in language instruction and immigrant advocacy. Currently serving as the Lead Middle School Spanish Teacher at Sycamore School and an Adjunct Medical Spanish Instructor at Butler University, Brandon oversees the Spanish curriculum and teaches both introductory and advanced medical Spanish courses. As the Executive Director for the Coalition for Our Immigrant Neighbors, Brandon coordinates efforts among over 40 service providers in Central Indiana. Previous roles include bilingual client immigration advocacy, program management in immigrant services, and various positions at Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talented Youth. Brandon holds a Master of Arts in Executive Development for Public Services from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Taylor University.

Sycamore School exists so that academically gifted children can experience the enriched, accelerated education they need to reach their potential and to lead responsible, constructive, fulfilling lives. Sycamore is one of few schools in the nation, and the only private school in the state of Indiana, where all academics and activities are designed for gifted kids preschool through eighth grade.
