Sycamore School
Heather Kelleher is an experienced educator with a focus on art and multicultural education. Currently serving as an Art Teacher at Sycamore School since June 2023, Kelleher previously taught at St. Richard's Episcopal School and Park Tudor School, bringing over a decade of teaching expertise. With a foundational role as a First Grade Teacher and Assistant Dean of Lower School at Hualalai Academy, Kelleher has cultivated a diverse teaching background across independent private K-12 institutions. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Education with concentrations in Visual Arts K-12 and Spanish Education from Indiana University Bloomington, specialized studies in Oil Painting and Polynesian Art History from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and an M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction from Iowa State University, focusing on multicultural art education.

Sycamore School exists so that academically gifted children can experience the enriched, accelerated education they need to reach their potential and to lead responsible, constructive, fulfilling lives. Sycamore is one of few schools in the nation, and the only private school in the state of Indiana, where all academics and activities are designed for gifted kids preschool through eighth grade.
