Mary Moon

Mary Moon is an experienced HR and People & Safety professional with a strong background in workplace health and safety and human resources. Currently serving as a People & Safety Advisor at Sydney Theatre Company since July 2023, Mary focuses on improving WHS processes, implementing Donesafe, and managing injury management while also leading HR process improvement projects. Previously, as a People and Culture Consultant at Canteen Australia, Mary enhanced HR processes and introduced the Culture Amp platform. With extensive experience at CATO Location Services, University of Technology Sydney, Laureate Australia, and BOC South Pacific, Mary has successfully established HR functions, optimized HRIS processes, managed recruitment, and coordinated training initiatives.
