Ana Santos has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ana began their career in 1995 as a Regional Controller/Financial Controller at Bombardier Transportation. Ana then worked as a Financial Controller at Indra - Portugal from 2002 to 2003. Santos later served as a Financial Controller at Metronet Rail from 2007 to 2008, and as the Head of Business Programme Finance at Raytheon from 2008 to 2010. Ana joined Ametek as CFO of the Airtechnology Group from 2010 to 2012 before moving to Invensys, which was later acquired by Schneider Electric. At Invensys/Schneider Electric, Santos held various roles including Vice President of Finance for the EMEA region and Vice President of Finance and IT for Invensys Rail Northern Europe. Ana then joined Schneider Electric as the CFO of the Secure Power Division and subsequently as the CFO of the Global Business Materials at Solvay. Most recently, Santos has taken on the role of CFO for the Global Segment Materials at Syensqo, starting in 2023.

Ana Santos attended the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa from 1990 to 1995, where they studied economics.
