Joel Pollino is an experienced technology manager specializing in breakthrough innovation, currently leading the Breakthrough Innovation program for Condensation Polymers at Syensqo since December 2023. Joel holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry and an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Siena College.
