Dotan Shemer

Dotan Shemer is a seasoned professional in project and program management, currently serving as a Cyber Security Consulting Manager and Engagement Manager at Sygnia since November 2023. Previously, Dotan worked at Playtech as a Security Program Manager, establishing and managing a PMO team that supported eight security groups while overseeing approximately 35 security projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Security Project Manager at Netcracker Technology, managing telco transformation projects and developing PMO processes, and project management positions at Amdocs and ZoneTV, focusing on telecommunications and software development. Dotan holds a Graduate Certification in Leading Organizations in Disruptive Times from INSEAD and has a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Darby University.
