Elissa Doroff

Elissa Doroff is an accomplished professional in the fields of cyber insurance and risk management, currently serving as the Director of Cyber Insurance and Legal Partnerships at Sygnia since May 2025. Prior to this role, Elissa held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Claims for the Americas at Mosaic Insurance, where strategies were developed for various complex liability practices. Previous experience includes consulting as a Managing Director and Cyber Product Leader at Lockton Companies and establishing claims advocacy at NFP. Elissa also served as Vice President at AXA XL, focusing on underwriting and policy development, and as a Senior Advisory Specialist at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Early career experience includes managing complex E&O liability claims at AIG. Elissa holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University at Albany.
