About the role

  • We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Showroom Specialist to manage customer visits and assist with administrative tasks in our showroom. Your primary role will be to direct customers to the appropriate salesperson, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. You will also support the team with scheduling, customer records, and maintaining showroom organization.

What you will do

  • Greet customers and direct them to the right salesperson.
  • Manage customer flow to ensure efficient service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Ensure showroom displays are neat and inviting.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Who you are

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Moderate English proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
