Caroline Odom Brinton is an accomplished Lead Strategist at SYLVAIN, where work has focused on driving progress for various stakeholders since August 2020, following roles as a Senior Strategist and Strategist. Prior experience includes positions as a Strategy Intern at Pereira O'Dell and several strategic roles at SYLVAIN, including a Strategy Fellow and Intern. Caroline's earlier career includes a significant tenure at 826DC as Development & Communications Manager, where efforts included innovative donor engagement and rebranding initiatives. Additional experience spans roles in retail and educational organizations, including Anthropologie and the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Business/Brand Strategy from VCU Brandcenter and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art History from the University of Virginia, complemented by a strong educational foundation from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
