Brian Emerson is an experienced professional in customer success and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Symbeo since July 2021, Brian mentors and trains the CSM team, develops training plans, and assists clients with Accounts Payable Automation software. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager at Social27 Inc., where responsibilities included managing customer accounts for digital event platforms, and Event Manager at Dynamic Events, overseeing global technology events. Brian also has a diverse background in sales, municipal event facilitation, and community engagement, having worked with organizations such as 24 Hour Fitness and the City of Port Phillip. With a BA in Drama from Queensland University of Technology and an Executive Certificate in Event Management from the University of Technology Sydney, Brian combines creative and strategic skills in each of their endeavors.
