Rowena Constantino-Miller is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Symbeo since June 2022, where leadership includes hiring and mentoring a team of engineers, enhancing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and promoting best practices in software development.
