Alice Ribero has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Alice currently serves as the Director of Product Engineering at Symbio, where they lead a team responsible for delivering high-power fuel cells for medium and heavy-duty applications. Prior to this role, Alice was the Proof of Concept and Test Bench Engineering Manager, ensuring the development of tailored solutions for customers and contributing to the R&D and R&I needs of the company. Before joining Symbio, Alice worked at Volvo Group for several years, holding positions such as Chief Project Manager, Planner & Project Assurance Manager, Scrum Master, and Project Leader, where they gained valuable experience in product development, project management, and engineering. Alice also has previous experience at Volvo GTT Powertrain Engineering and Daimler Chrysler.

Alice Ribero completed their Master of Science (MsC) in Automation Engineering from CentraleSupélec from 2001 to 2004. Alice then pursued a BAC+6 degree in Internal Combustion engines from IFP School between 2004 and 2006. In addition, they obtained the Project Management Professional Certification from Project Management Institute in November 2016. Alice also holds the SAFe® Agilist certification, although the specific month and year of obtaining it are unknown.
