Florian Duchamp is an experienced manager specializing in mechanical design and automotive engineering, with a strong background in fuel cell technology. Currently serving as Manager for the design team of PEM fuel cells at Symbio since September 2019, Florian leads a multidisciplinary team focused on automotive and heavy-duty systems. Previous roles at Symbio include managing mechanical design teams and leading the design of StackPacks and PEM fuel cells. Prior to Symbio, Florian worked at Akka Technologies as a vehicle architecture engineering leader for Renault and engaged in various design projects during studies at UTBM, where a Master in Technological and Industrial Entrepreneurship and an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and Design were obtained. Early career experiences include internships at Poclain Véhicules and Groupe PSA, alongside educational pursuits in Poland and initial work experiences in logistics and production.
