Bruck Bogale

Bruck Bogale is an experienced professional in quality engineering and process improvement with a strong background in manufacturing technologies. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Symbotic Management System at Symbotic since November 2022, Bruck previously held the position of Quality Engineering Manager at Teledyne FLIR from 2003 to November 2022, where notable achievements included leading Lean Kaizen initiatives and managing ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality system requirements. Prior experience also includes working as a Process Engineer in the Advanced Technology Group at Helix Technology from 2000 to 2003, focusing on the implementation of technologies in cryopump manufacturing, and serving as an Analyst at National Tribology Services from 1995 to 2000, specializing in failure analysis of large industrial equipment. Bruck holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering/Material Science from Tufts University.
