Marc D. Smith

Marc D. Smith has a strong background in technical support and engineering roles. Marc D. started their career at CA Technologies (Netegrity Acquired) in 2002 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2005, they joined IBM (Datapower Acquired) in the same role before moving to Fiserv (Upstream Technologies and Checkfree Acquired) in 2007. At Fiserv, they continued to work as a Senior Technical Support Engineer until 2009. In 2009, Marc joined Dell EMC as a Senior Technical Support Engineer III and later became a Senior Technical Support Engineer IV - Advanced Software Division. During their time at Dell EMC, they provided support for the Atmos Cloud Object Storage and GeoDrive. Marc's most recent position is with Symbotic, where they work as a Senior Technical Lead since 2017. In this role, they support various advanced robotics and software solutions related to automation in the supply chain and warehouse management.
