Mariel Freve

Mariel (Gonzalez) Freve serves as the VP Controller & Chief Accounting Officer at Symbotic since April 2024, overseeing a team in accounting, AP/AR, treasury, compliance, and tax functions that support the company’s manufacturing structure. With over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting operations, Mariel previously held the position of VP & Chief Accounting Officer at Sensata Technologies from January 2020 to March 2024, managing a global team in a similar capacity. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed corporate accounting, reporting functions, M&A structuring, and financial systems implementations from November 2009 to January 2020. Mariel began the career at PwC as a Senior Manager, providing assurance services across various industries from January 1996 to November 2009. Mariel holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Accounting from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
