William Goddard

William Goddard has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

In 2022, they joined Symbotic as a Senior Project Engineer.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2022, they worked at iRobot in various positions. William started as an Associate Mechanical Engineer in July 2014 and was promoted to Test Engineer in September 2016. From February 2019 to February 2021, they served as a Senior Test Engineer, and from February 2021 to June 2022, they held the position of Principal Hardware Automation Engineer.

In 2013, they interned at iRobot Corporation as a Lead Mechanical Engineering Intern.

In 2012, they also had an internship at iRobot Corporation as a Quality Engineering Intern.

Furthermore, in 2011, they interned at Massa Products Corporation as a Production Engineering Intern.

Their earliest work experience was at J and R Fine Landscaping, where they worked as a Masonry Assistant and Laborer from June 2005 to August 2010.

William Goddard received their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended North Reading High School from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Program Management Foundations from LinkedIn in January 2022.
