Mindi Work

Mindi Work is an experienced executive with a strong background in finance and strategic planning. At Symetra since July 2006, Mindi currently serves as EVP of the Individual Life Division and Emerging Solutions, in addition to holding the role of SVP and Chief of Strategy, where leadership in corporate strategic planning is a key focus. Previously, Mindi was Vice President of Finance, overseeing critical financial functions including SEC reporting, accounting policies, and operating expense planning. Prior experience includes serving as Audit Senior at Ernst & Young, LLP from 2001 to 2006. Mindi's educational background includes studies at Seattle University and the University of Washington.
