Angel Fernandez is an experienced professional with a strong background in application support and customer service. Currently serving as an Advance Application Support Analyst at Symitar since October 2014, Angel analyzes credit union products and assists in case resolution for clients. Co-founder of loveHUMANOS from January 2017 to September 2020, Angel developed digital tools and services to enhance human consciousness through online programs and wellness initiatives. Previous roles include Member Service Specialist II at California Coast Credit Union and Financial Service Representative II at San Diego County Credit Union, where strong relationships with clients were built. Angel also has experience in retail management and public relations, having held positions such as Operational Manager at The Silver Gallery Inc. and Public Relations Manager at Bar del Mar. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands and a degree in Marketing from Universidad Anáhuac de Cancún.
