Michele Tonnemaker is an experienced professional in customer relations and financial implementations, currently serving as a Sr Customer Relations Manager at Symitar since July 2012. Prior roles include Financial Implementations Consultant at Open Solutions (2005-2011), where Michele managed over 45 client deconversions from legacy systems and developed ATM balancing procedures for more than 50 credit unions. Michele also worked as a Senior Client Care Analyst at Open Solutions and a Senior Analyst at CGI, Canada, providing comprehensive support to clients in various financial operations. Early career experience includes serving as a Conversion and Training Representative at C.U. Processing, where training materials and procedures were developed. Michele holds a Project Management for Professionals Course certification from TLG Learning and has academic ties to Seattle Pacific University.
