Executive Vice President Finance at Servier. He joined Servier in 2019 and is a member of the Servier Executive Committee and the Foundation Board. Pascal heads the Finance Department that ensures the profitability of the Group to support Servier’s development and guarantee its sustainability and independence.
Pascal Lemaire has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, particularly on an international level in the consumer products sector and the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining Servier, Pascal Lemaire was Executive Director of Finance and Business Planning at Celgene since 2015. He was responsible for strategic and operational financial planning for all regions of the Group outside the U.S. He significantly contributed to the overhaul of the Finance and Business Planning functions throughout the subsidiaries and franchises. Pascal Lemaire started his career at Nestlé where he held various senior positions in corporate finance for 17 years. In particular, he conducted a transformation program of the Finance and Management Control functions. Pascal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Banking and Finance from HEC Lausanne.
