Valentina Kalaj

Valentina Kalaj is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in talent management, development, and performance improvement. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Talent Development Manager at symphony.is since April 2020, Valentina previously held roles at DEVTECH as a Talent Management Partner and HR Specialist, where the focus included soft skills training and performance management. Earlier experience includes a position as a Training and Development Specialist at NIS Gazprom Neft, where Valentina worked on leadership development and CSR projects. Valentina's career commenced with internships at Carlsberg Srbija d.o.o. and the University of Novi Sad's Centre for Career Development and Student Counseling, followed by educational credentials including a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Novi Sad.
