Reece Dol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in experience design, business analysis, and process architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Experience Design at Symplicit since August 2016, Reece leads human-centered projects that bridge the gap between organizations and customers. Previous roles include Lead Experience Designer and User Experience Designer at Josephmark, where strategic thinking and UX design skills were applied to various projects. Reece also worked freelance as a User Experience Designer, leveraging a background in business analysis to develop intuitive designs informed by cognitive science. Prior positions include Business Process Architect and Commercial Team Leader at Hastings Deering, and Administrative Manager at Control Technologies International. Reece launched a RE/MAX real estate franchise at a young age and has held various administrative roles at KPMG and in real estate. Educationally, Reece holds a Foundation Certificate in User Experience from BCS and a Diploma of Business from Russo Institute of Technology.
