Aliah Yacoub's work experience includes a role as an Artificial Intelligence Philosopher at Synapse Analytics, starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Field Researcher at CB3 - Ministry of Environment from August 2019 to January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for mainstreaming environmental issues and enhancing public participation in education systems. Aliah created the content of CB3 Project's handbook on understanding environmental issues and Rio Conventions, used as a primary source of environmental awareness in 6 international schools in Egypt. Aliah also organized a training workshop for high-school teachers on climate change, biodiversity, and desertification education. Before that, Aliah worked as an Educator at The International Continental School of Cairo from February to July 2019. Aliah also served as a Peer Support at Seeds of Peace in 2014.
Aliah Yacoub pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science and Government at The American University in Cairo from 2014 to 2018. Aliah then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy at the University of Groningen from 2020 to 2021.
