Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Change Management in Lean Six Sigma Projects, Root Cause Analysis, Strategic Thinking, Product Management, and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
