Jessica Araujo has extensive work experience in human resources. Jessica is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer & Chief of Staff at Quantik since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a CHRO and Responsable Gesti\u00f3n Humana at Isbel and Hey Now Bots from 2017 to present. In 2020, they also held the role of CHRO at Synapsis Smart Outsourcing | BPO Tecnol\u00f3gico. Before that, they worked at ManpowerGroup as a Coordinador from 2012 to 2017 and at Manpower as Selecci\u00f3n y Reclutamiento from 2008 to 2012.
Jessica Araujo has a diverse education history. In 2005, they began their studies at Universidad de la República where they pursued a degree in Psychology, completing it in 2013. Jessica continued their education in 2016 by enrolling in a Postgraduate Human Resources program at Universidad ORT Uruguay. As of 2021, they participated in a Executive Development Program at IEEM - Escuela de Negocios. In terms of certifications, Jessica became a member of DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano in April 2023.
