Katie Burnham, PMP, serves as the Director of Operations at Synaptic Advisors since September 2012, where expertise includes Go-to-Market deal planning and extensive staff management for both employees and contractors across multiple countries. Previously, Katie built a successful Operations practice as Senior Manager Business Operations and led customized Salesforce implementations as Senior Project Manager, leveraging a strong background in health and life sciences. Other notable roles include Implementation Project Manager at Vecna Technologies and Program Manager at INNOVIA Education Institute, focusing on medical education initiatives.
