Christopher worked as the Director of Systems and Strategic Services at SYNC Residential since September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Training Director at SYNC Residential from May 2017 to September 2020. Before joining SYNC Residential, Christopher held the position of Director of Information Management at Allied Orion Group from February 2015 to May 2017. Christopher also worked as a Software Trainer at Greystar from September 2014 to February 2015. Additionally, Christopher worked at Riverstone Residential Group, where they had multiple roles including Management Systems Trainer, Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Leasing Manager, spanning from January 2008 to September 2014. Christopher started their career as an Office Assistant II at the University of Houston from August 2006 to September 2007.
Christopher McWilliams has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. Christopher also has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Pellissippi State Community College. In addition to their degrees, they hold a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification from the National Apartment Association, which they obtained in November 2012.
