Matthew Finlay is currently the Technology Portfolio Development Program Director at Synchron, focusing on the advancement of technologies for endovascular neural implants since May 2024. Prior to this role, Finlay served as Applications Engineering Manager at Cirtec Medical from January 2017 to June 2024, where management of proposal delivery for novel neurostimulation and complex systems was key. Additionally, Finlay held positions as Senior Program Manager and Head of Quoting for Neurostimulation Programs at Cirtec Medical, leading internal processes for contract manufacturing.
