Ashente Rossi

Ashente Rossi has over a decade of experience in information security and operations management, currently serving as the Global Information Security Manager for Identity and Access Management at Synchronoss Technologies since May 2010. Responsibilities include administering global identity and access security across multiple applications, overseeing incident management, and managing privileged access. Prior roles at Synchronoss involved team leadership in various operational capacities, including daily management of corporate service programs and training initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency. Before joining Synchronoss, Ashente worked as a Customer Care Representative at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included managing customer interactions and handling escalated calls. Ashente holds educational credentials from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
