Reda M. Supe

Reda M. Supe serves as the Chief Credit and Financial Risk Officer at Synchrony since April 2015, overseeing all Independent Risk Management activities and strategic initiatives in credit, underwriting, and finance. Prior to this role, Reda held positions at Synchrony as SVP and Chief Credit Risk Officer, and at Barclays as Global Head of Credit Risk Review Group, where strategic direction was set for credit risk management and regulatory relationships were managed. Reda's extensive experience in risk management includes a tenure at Goldman Sachs as Vice President/Executive Director in the Credit Risk Review Group and Internal Audit, along with previous roles at Allstate Insurance, Ernst and Young, and JP Morgan Chase. Educational credentials include an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, an Executive Leadership Program from Thayer Leadership at West Point, and an Executive Education program at Smith College.
