Shaily is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as an AVP of Compensation & Benefits at Synchrony since April 2021. Prior to this role, Shaily held a managerial position in Human Resources at the same organization and completed an internship as a WiSE Intern at Wipro Limited in mid-2020. Shaily's early experience includes a Summer Trainee position at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing in 2016.
