Hsiao-Fen Cole

Hsiao-Fen Cole is a seasoned UX specialist with extensive experience in user experience and design across various sectors, particularly in SaaS enterprise solutions for the manufacturing service lifecycle management. Currently serving as a Senior UX Specialist at Syncron since January 2022, Hsiao-Fen previously held roles as a UX/UI Designer at Mize and Jorsek LLC, and as a User Experience Designer at Paychex. Hsiao-Fen's early career includes graphic design for Proclaim Evangelistic Music Ministry and web design at Roberts Wesleyan College. Hsiao-Fen's education includes a BFA and MFA in Graphic Design and Computer Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
