Luke Huckerby

Luke Huckerby serves as the Director of Strategic Business Development at Syncron since January 2023, previously holding positions such as Senior Solutions Consultant and Solutions Consultant. Prior to joining Syncron, Luke Huckerby worked at JCB from June 2007 to January 2023, where roles included General Manager for Aftermarket Product & Commercial, overseeing business intelligence, pricing, product management, and aftersales contracts. Additional positions at JCB encompassed Strategic Growth Manager for Aftermarket, Commercial Manager for Attachments, Engineering Manager for Attachments, and various engineering roles, culminating in Principal Engineer for JCB Cab Systems. Luke Huckerby earned a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University, completing studies in June 2017.
