Kevin McManus

Kevin McManus has served as the Chief People Officer since May 2023. Prior to joining Syndax, Mr. McManus was Chief Human Resources Officer at Omega Therapeutics leading the expansion of the organization’s workforce. Prior to Omega Therapeutics, he was Chief Human Resources Officer at Acceleron Pharma from 2019 to 2022, where he was responsible for overseeing the human resources, information technology and facilities functions for the organization. Previously, Mr. McManus held senior human resource leadership roles at Bayer from 2013 to 2019 and Myler Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) eventually assuming the role of Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources, ConvaTec, upon the spin out from BMS into a standalone private company. Mr. McManus holds a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a certification in organizational development from Ashridge University.
