Nima Moghadam

Nima Moghadam is a software engineer currently employed at Syndesus, Inc. since February 2023, and serves as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Integrated Dynamic Electron Solutions, Inc. since September 2017. Nima's expertise includes enhancing the time resolution of Transmission Electron Microscopes using statistical signal processing and machine learning techniques, alongside extensive development in C++ for low latency applications. Formerly, Nima worked as a Senior Applied Research Engineer at Sony Electronics, focusing on computer vision research, and held internships at Eastman Kodak and Technicolor, resulting in multiple patents and journal publications. Nima's academic background includes a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Michigan State University and both BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
