Harishchandra Phad has over 20 years of experience in the field of IT and information security. Harishchandra is currently working as AVP IT Core Technology at Syndrome Technologies Private Limited since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Atos as a Lead Consultant from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for administration and management of technology infrastructure for global customers. Harishchandra has also worked at Cognizant as an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist from 2016 to 2019, where they were responsible for network administration and implementing security measures. Before that, they worked at SEQURETEK as a Senior Information Security Consultant from 2015 to 2016, where they conducted information security audits and vulnerability assessments for enterprise customers. Prior to that, they worked at BancTec as an Assistant Manager IT (Network & Security) from 2008 to 2015, where they managed technology infrastructure and implemented security measures. Harishchandra also has experience working as a Network Engineer at Teamworks Solutions India Pvt Ltd from 2007 to 2008 and as a Customer Support Engineer at CMS Computers Limited from 2003 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Hardware Engineer at Galaxy Office Automation Pvt. Ltd. from 2001 to 2002. Harishchandra Phad has a strong background in IT infrastructure management, network security, and information security.

Harishchandra Phad completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Technology from Ulyanovsk State University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Mumbai between 1999 and 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Harishchandra Phad has acquired several qualifications including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in May 2021, PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2020, ISO 27001:2013 LA from IRCA in April 2016, Certified Ethical Hacker from EC-Council in August 2015, CCIE Security Written (350-018) from Cisco in May 2012, as well as CCNA, CCNP, and SNPA certifications from Cisco.
