Mihir Shah

Mihir Shah serves as President and Managing Director - Head of EMEA & APAC at Synechron, a leading global digital consultancy, since November 2017, focusing on the growth and success of business units in these regions. Previously, Mihir held various leadership roles at UBS from June 2006 to November 2017, including Global Chief of Staff for UBS Investment Bank IT and Head of Asia COO/PMO for Global Equity Derivatives IT, overseeing project management, strategic planning, and operational processes. Mihir began a career at UBS with the establishment of a production support team on the Equities Derivatives Trading floor in Hong Kong. Educationally, Mihir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Royal Holloway, University of London.
