Paul Rawston has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Paul is currently the Head of Marketing at Synectics since April 2021. Prior to this, Paul worked as the Head of Marketing at Imosphere from June 2017 to April 2021, where they were responsible for creating and delivering marketing plans, monitoring progress, and managing the marketing team. Before Imosphere, Paul was employed at Honeywell from 2011 to 2017, initially as a Marketing and Communications Executive for Honeywell Intelligent Life Care, where they created and executed marketing strategies and implemented social media campaigns. Later, they became an Experience Design Leader within the Digital Marcom Centre of Excellence, where they led a global team of Experience Designers and Digital Content Marketers, generating innovative digital marketing ideas. Prior to Honeywell, Paul worked as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Skills for Care from 2006 to 2011, where they planned and coordinated regional marketing strategies. Paul also had a role as an Advertising and Marketing Representative at Derby Telegraph from 2005 to 2006, where they advised clients on advertising packages and organized marketing campaigns.

Paul Rawston has a diverse education history. Paul attended the University of Derby from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a 2:1 degree in Business Management. After this, from 2011 to 2012, they attended Loughborough College and obtained a Professional Certificate in The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Paul went on to further their education at Loughborough College from 2013 to 2014, earning a Professional Diploma in The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Additionally, Paul obtained certification in Email Marketing from HubSpot in February 2017 and an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in July 2016.
