Kristan Tilton

Kristan Tilton is an accomplished associate project director at Syneos Health since May 2022, with extensive experience in clinical project management spanning over two decades. Prior roles include program manager, senior project manager, and clinical project manager at ICON plc, as well as clinical project manager positions at Boston Scientific. Kristan’s experience encompasses managing project budgets, timelines, and trial deliverables, alongside developing close collaboration with internal stakeholders to align trial objectives with broader organizational goals. Previous positions also include roles at Maquet Getinge Group and Smiths Medical, focusing on clinical study implementation and protocol development. Kristan holds a Master’s degree in Regulatory Affairs for Drugs, Biologics, and Medical Devices from Northeastern University, alongside additional certifications and a bachelor's degree from Keene State College.
