Brian Hockin

Brian Hockin is an experienced professional in business excellence and process improvement, currently serving as the Director of Business Excellence at Syner-G BioPharma Group since June 2025. Prior roles include Director of Business Excellence and Director of Business Process and Analysis at Sequoia Biotech Consulting from February 2022 to June 2025, and Manager of Business Process Improvement at Dexcom from June 2016 to May 2019, where a company-wide Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program was developed. Brian has also held positions as Senior Program Manager for Quality at NetApp from March 2012 to May 2016, and as an Officer in the US Government Navy Reserves from March 2012 to September 2023. Additionally, Brian served as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy from September 2001 to January 2012. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and Joint Professional Military Education from the U.S. Naval War College.
